2.1 For Importers

• A searchable directory of customs brokers
• Broker profiles with credentials, specialties, and services
• Contact request forms to connect with brokers
• Information and resources about customs brokerage services

2.2 For Brokers

• Business listing and profile pages
• Lead generation services
• Credential verification and display
• Visibility to potential clients

2.3 What We Are NOT

• We are not a customs broker and do not provide customs brokerage services
• We are not a freight forwarder or logistics provider
• We are not a party to any agreements between importers and brokers
• We do not guarantee the quality, reliability, or performance of listed brokers

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

3.2 Authority to Agree

If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3.3 Compliance with Laws

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

4.1 Account Creation

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4.2 Account Verification

We reserve the right to verify customs broker licenses, business registration and insurance, identity and contact information, and any other information you provide.

4.3 Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, your license or credentials expire, you provide false or misleading information, or you engage in fraudulent or unlawful conduct.

5.1 Broker Responsibilities

• You hold a valid U.S. Customs Broker License issued by CBP
• All credentials, certifications, and information you provide are accurate and current
• You maintain required insurance and bonding
• You comply with all applicable customs laws and regulations
• You will update your profile promptly if any information changes

5.2 Verification Process

• We verify broker credentials to the best of our ability using documentation you provide
• Verification does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of service quality
• We may remove unverified or expired listings at our discretion

6.1 How It Works

When an importer submits a contact request, their information is shared with the selected broker. FindCustomsBroker facilitates the introduction but is not party to subsequent communications or agreements.

6.2 Importer Consent

By submitting a contact request, importers consent to sharing their contact information with the selected broker and being contacted by that broker regarding their inquiry.

6.3 Broker Conduct

Brokers who receive contact requests agree to use the information solely for responding to the inquiry, not spam or harass importers, and not share importer information with third parties without consent.

7.1 Listing Fees

• Basic listings may be offered free of charge or for a fee
• Premium listings and featured placements may require payment
• Lead generation services may be charged on a per-lead or subscription basis

7.2 Payment Terms

• Fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to change fees with 30 days' notice

8.1 Unlawful Activities

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Violate privacy rights or data protection laws

8.2 Platform Misuse

• Impersonate another person or entity
• Provide false or misleading information
• Scrape, harvest, or collect user data without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

9.1 Our Content

All content on FindCustomsBroker is owned by FindCustomsBroker or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9.2 Your Content

By submitting content to the Service, you grant FindCustomsBroker a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content for operating and improving the Service.

10.1 Service Provided "AS IS"

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

10.4 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US ANYTHING.

12.1 Informal Resolution

If you have a dispute with FindCustomsBroker, please first contact us at support@findcustomsbroker.com and attempt to resolve it informally for at least 30 days.

12.2 Binding Arbitration

Unresolved disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's Commercial Arbitration Rules.

12.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE THAT DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A CLASS ACTION.
