What exactly counts as a "qualified lead"?
A qualified lead is a real importer who fills out the "Talk to This Broker" form on your profile and provides their name, a valid email address, what they are importing, and basic shipment details (port or route). Spam, blank, or incomplete submissions are never charged.
When do I get charged — immediately after a lead comes in?
Yes. The lead is emailed to you instantly and the per-lead charge is applied at that point. If you feel a lead was not legitimate, simply reply "refund" to the notification email and we will remove the charge immediately, no questions asked.
Is the per-lead charge the only fee? Are there any monthly or annual fees?
That is the only fee. There is no subscription, no monthly minimum, no setup fee, and no contract. Your broker profile is listed for free and you pay only when a verified importer contacts you through the directory.
How do the 5 free leads work?
Every broker who claims their listing receives a one-time credit for their first 5 qualified leads at no charge. This credit is applied automatically — you do not need to enter a promo code or request it. After the 5 free leads, the standard per-lead rate applies.
Can I pause or stop receiving leads?
Yes. You can mark yourself as not accepting new leads at any time from your broker dashboard. There is no penalty or cancellation fee. Your profile remains listed in the directory even when paused.
